A Brighter Day

so its been done, now let it be
time will tell how we'll end up
we wont worry about tomorrow
just let it all out today

i've been anticipating
for that time to come
it has been very long now
but i know it's near

so rest your little head
cos we will have a brighter day ahead
close your eyes and sleep tight, my dear
tomorrow will be brighter than today

it dont matter what happened, dear
we wont let it bring us down
who needs to care about tomorow
when we can have it al now?

there will be light
at the end of the tunnel
so just reach out
for that brighter day

Take This Away

what lies beneath the two surfaces is unknown
what makes this weird is that it seems so right
its obscurity makes me wonder
was it the one that's kicking me inside?

i face them everytime it gets by
i feel so sick, i cant sleep at night
explain to me, i dont think i understand
what's seeping through the contents of its mind?

oh, why?
please tell me why
oh why?

take this away from me
let me live without this
invasion of my mind
take this away from me
if it's not mine

Attitude of Gratitude

feeling a lil moody nowadays till i came across this article. But i still feel moody anyways, but its a good encouragement. So, i'll share it here and sum up about what i've learnt...
=> "Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus" (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18).
-> look at the bright side, the positive side.
-> everything happens for a reason and it's not by chance because God is in control!
-> God knows exactly what we're going through because He allows it to happen to us so that we might grow stronger spiritually.
-> gratitude should be the keynote of our worship of God.
-> allow the Lord to cahnge your focus from problems to praise.
-> an attitude of gratitude honors the Lord and it can change our outlook on life.
make a weekly list of 5 things for which you are grateful.
here's my list:
1) Knowing Jesus Christ!
2) Lovely meals every weekends.
3) Improvement in my semester exam's result =)
4) Wonderful circle of friends.
5) My skinny pants!! XD

My first 'A'

I got an 'A' in moral!! hahahaha..i know u would probably think "What's the big deal?" but it meant a great deal to me since i haven't got any 'A's at all for the past two semesters. And moral education in college is nothing, i repeat, NOTHING like the moral studies we had in secondary school and it's not as easy as you might think it is.
Its very interesting if you like those sociology, philosophy or antropology kinda stuff because u'll be learning many theories of morality from different philosophers and it actually helps in the sense of finding out what your stand is in different circumstances.
For example, there are questions which will get you to think such as "Do you think humans are naturally good or bad?" or "Do you support capital punishment? Why?". So yeah, too bad i'm not taking those stuff, social science. I think I would have done well in that field...
